Our desire is to see people MOVE into a deeper relationship with God and others.

Our hope for everyone is that we will grow in our CORE… just like our bodies, when our core is strong, we are strong, it is true in our spiritual life.  If our CORE is strong, we will be strong spiritually.

  • We were created to worship. We worship that which we love, value and ascribe worth to. Our hope is that we will all understand how amazing God is and what God deserves. It is from a worshipful heart that flows everything else.

    SING TO THE LORD
Psalm 96:1-4 Sing to the LORD a new song; sing to the LORD, all the earth. Sing to the LORD, praise his name; proclaim his salvation day after day. Declare his glory among the nations, his marvelous deeds among all peoples. For great is the LORD and most worthy of praise; he is to be feared above all gods.

WITH A PURE AND REPENTANT HEART
Psalm 51:16-17 You do not delight in sacrifice, or I would bring it; you do not take pleasure in burnt offerings. My sacrifice, O God, is a broken spirit; a broken and contrite heart you, God, will not despise.

    WITH OUR WHOLE TRANSFORMED LIVES
Romans 12:1-2 Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship. 2 Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.

    IN SPIRIT AND TRUTH
John 4:24 God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth.

PRAISING HIS NAME ONE TO ANOTHER
Psalm 22:22-23a I will tell of your name to my brothers; in the midst of the congregation I will praise you: You who fear the Lord, praise him!

  • We believe that authentic community is not lived out in rows, but in circles. It’s in our groups where you can be known and know others. Our hope for you is that you will be encouraged in your relationship with God and will find people to do life with. These groups meet throughout the week. We’ve got a variety of groups. Wednesday nights are the perfect night if you have young children as our Kid Zone program and middle school programs run during our group time.

Hebrews 10:24-25 And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds. Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another—and all the more as you see the day approaching.

Philippians 2:4 Everyone should look out not only for his own interests, but also for the interests of others.

1 Thessalonians 5:11 Therefore encourage one another and build each other up as you are already doing.

Galatians 6:2 Carry one another’s burdens; in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.

Galatians 5:13 For you were called to be free, brothers and sisters; only don’t use this freedom as an opportunity for the flesh, but serve one another through love.

  • God created you to make an impact for others…every person has been uniquely created to fulfill a purpose.

I Corinthians 12:4-7 There are different kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit distributes them. There are different kinds of service, but the same Lord. There are different kinds of working, but in all of them and in everyone it is the same God at work. Now to each one the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the common good.

I Peter 4:10 As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God's varied grace.

Galatians 5:13 For you were called to freedom, brothers. Only do not use your freedom as an opportunity for the flesh, but through love serve one another.

  • Jesus talked about giving and money more than any other topic. He stated that where our treasure is, there our heart will be as well. We believe that God has called us to tithe (giving 10% - our first fruits) and to life characterized by generosity. We believe that everything we have is a gift from God and He challenges us to put Him first in our finances. Our finances are a major way that we learn to fully put our dependence upon him.

2 Corinthians 9:6-8 Remember this: Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously. Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.

Luke 6:38 Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.

    Proverbs 3:9 Honor the Lord with your wealth, with the firstfruits of all your crops;

Leviticus 27:3 A tithe of everything from the land, whether grain from the soil or fruit from the trees, belongs to the Lord; it is holy to the Lord.

Malachi 3:10 Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this,” says the Lord Almighty, “and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that there will not be room enough to store it.

  • We want to grow in the area of inviting people into a personal and life giving relationship with Jesus. This can happen by sharing the gospel with your coworker or inviting them to church. We try hard to make sure our church is friendly to those who are far from Jesus. We believe we have the greatest news in the world and we ALL need to be sharing that.

If God is at work in your life, and if the church is relevant to you, then it makes sense to invite others to join you and have the privilege of experiencing the same things.

Matthew 28:19-20 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.

Romans10:14-15 How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them? And how can anyone preach unless they are sent? As it is written: “How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!”

Mark 16:15 He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.”

2 Corinthians 5:20 We are therefore Christ’s ambassadors, as though God were making his appeal through us. We implore you on Christ’s behalf: Be reconciled to God.

Acts 1:8 But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.

We want to see everyone who calls Authentic Life Church their home experiencing all that God has for them. There is more. Jesus said that He came so that we would have life and have it in abundance.
