• Name: Ray & Lori Lopez

• Uniting factors of our Life Group: Our group was founded to support those serving in the Kid Zone Wednesdays programs. It has since branched out a bit but the core remains the same, to unite those serving in the same ministry & not able to attend a Wednesday night group.

• Home Life: We've been married for 26 years. We have three children: Sabrina (40), Joshua (22), and Justin (17). We also have an amazing son in law with 3 awesome grandkids ages 16, 11 & 9.

• Where I’ve lived: Ray grew up in Texas, Oregon and Southern California, his family moved around quite a bit. Lori was born and raised in the San Fernando Valley, a suburb of Los Angeles. We followed Lori's brother out to Littleton 15 years ago and it was one of the best decisions we ever made. We love Colorado!

• Work: Ray works for Red Rocks Fire Inspection, a life safety systems company. Lori has been doing children's ministry for 25 years and currently runs the mid-week Kid Zone program here at ALC.

• Church Involvement: Ray loves working with youth and children and helps out everywhere he can. One of his favorites is leading worship on Sundays and Wednesdays for the Kid Zone programs. In addition to serving in children's ministry, Lori also coordinates weddings and memorial services at ALC.

• Hobbies: Ray loves to tinker on just about anything. He's nicknamed MacGyver! Lori loves playing games with friends and drinking coffee. Our favorite thing to do is to go camping.
