Our retreat will be held at Camp Elim in Woodland Park, West of Colorado Springs. The camp is a 1.5- to 2-hour drive from the Denver Metro area.

We would love for you to join us for the full retreat; however, if that’s not possible, you can still register and come to any part(s) that you are able to attend. Please reach out to us by email at women@authenticlifechurch.com to let us know which part(s) that you can attend so we can adjust on our end. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer a discounted price for partial attendance. 

Arrival and check-in is from 4:30-5:30pm on Friday, August 7th. The retreat starts at 5:30pm and dinner is included.

The retreat will end by 12:00pm on Sunday, August 9th. 

We will have multiple sessions with worship, teaching, and reflection as well as multiple opportunities for activities, games, and connecting with others. There will be free time to explore the campgrounds with time for personal prayer and devotional throughout the weekend. 

Camp Elim has multiple lodging buildings with mostly bunk beds. Some attendees will need to use the top bunks as we plan to sell out this retreat. Attendees will be assigned to specific lodges and will be able to choose their own bunk. We will assist in reserving bottom bunks for those who need them.

Camp Elim does not provide bedding, towels, or toiletries. All attendees will need to bring their own. We will send a reminder to all attendees along with a suggested packing list prior to the retreat to help you prepare.

The event will be both interactive and introspective. We’ve planned for a variety of times to engage in activities and also restful moments. You’ll get to meet others and engage in meaningful conversations while going deeper with God through teaching and reflection sessions. 

Yes, included in your retreat fee is dinner on Friday night as well as a continental breakfast, a brunch, and dinner on Saturday. Breakfast will be served on Sunday, and we will provide plenty of snacks throughout the weekend to keep you replenished.

Allergens and certain dietary restrictions can be accommodated. We will send you a link to complete a dietary restrictions form. Expect to receive this within a month of your registration.

In order to make the retreat as restful and focused as possible, we will only be able to accommodate mothers who are nursing infants. 

There will be a release form and dietary restrictions information you will need to complete (it is required for all attendees to complete). We will send a link for you to complete this after you register and before the retreat. We will also send follow-up communications to help you prepare and pack for the retreat.

Camp Elim is fully accessible with wheelchair ramps and other accommodations. If you have a specific concern or need to request a specific accommodation, please email us at women@authenticlifechurch.com.

If you’re unable to pay the full retreat fee at this time, you may reserve your spot with a $100 deposit. The remaining balance of $125 is due by June 30, 2026. Payments must be completed through this online registration portal by this date to secure your reservation. Unpaid balances may result in your spot being released without refund. We encourage you to set a reminder to submit your final payment on time.

Yes! If you feel called to donate to support those with financial needs and want to give toward scholarships, please email women@authenticlifechurch.com by May 30th.

We would like as many ALC women to be able to attend this retreat as possible. If the registration fee is a financial hardship, we invite you to apply for a scholarship/partial scholarship by emailing women@authenticlifechurch.com by May 30th. Please note that scholarships are limited, and we may not be able to fulfill every request.
